The program
What we actually do.
Everyone in the group is working toward the same thing, standing up and giving a real presentation to the room. You start by drafting your story. Then you practice it out loud, every week, with five other people doing the exact same work. Then you build your voice, tone, pace, pauses, presence, until you can command a room. All of it live. All of it virtual.
How it works
Five weeks, one hour at a time.
Build it
Week one. Session one lays out how the five weeks work and teaches the fundamentals of what makes a story land. You leave with your first assignment, a five to seven minute story to bring to week two.
Shape it
Week two. Every story gets a full table read in front of the group, real feedback on what is working and what is not. By the end of this week your story is cut down to five minutes with a clear message.
Deliver it
Week three. This is the coaching intensive. You work your voice section by section, pace, pauses, tone, emphasis, with real time coaching until you can hear the difference yourself.
Own it
Week four. Full run throughs, start to finish, under real conditions. This is the dress rehearsal before graduation, and where the story really comes together.
Share it
Week five. Graduation. You deliver the final version of your story to a live audience, no do overs, no coaching in the room. This is the moment everything built toward.
