The program
What we actually do.
Everyone in the group is working toward the same thing, walking into a real interview and owning the room. You start by building your story bank. Then you practice your answers out loud, every week, in front of five other people doing the exact same work. Then you get hit with the hard questions until they stop being hard. All of it live. All of it virtual.
How it works
Five weeks, one hour at a time.
Build it
Build your story bank. Draft the 4 to 5 real experiences you will actually pull from in an interview, the ones that prove you can do the job.
Shape it
Shape each story into a tight, structured answer, so it lands in under 90 seconds instead of running five minutes with no ending.
Deliver it
Live mock interview reps in front of the group. Real questions, real pressure, real feedback on delivery, not just content.
Own it
The hard questions. Gaps in your resume, why you left, what you are weak at, salary. Practiced until none of them rattle you.
Share it
Full mock interview start to finish, dress rehearsal for the real thing. Walk out with a story bank and answers you have actually said out loud.

Sessions build on each other, so there is no makeup for a missed session, if you miss one you will need to restart with the next available cohort. No refunds for missed sessions.
